Refund policy

1. Unopened objects
You can return an object within 7 days of delivery if it has never been taken out of its packaging. Email moi@hexmonde.com with your order number first. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the price once it arrives.
2. Wrong or defective
If we sent the wrong object, or it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a video if you can. We pay the return shipping and replace the object or refund you, whichever you prefer.
3. Wrong size (clothing)
Within 7 days of delivery, we exchange clothing for another size if it is unworn, with its tags and original packaging. You pay the postage back; we send the new size.
4. Art objects
Art objects, such as wall art and desk art, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
5. Everything else
Everything else is final sale. If a defect only shows up later, write to us and we will honor it as the law requires.
6. Refunds
When a refund is due, we refund the original payment method within five business days of receiving the object. How long the money then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
