Accessibility

Last updated September 26, 2026. IG9Labs LLC.

We want this store to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or a device set to reduce motion.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

How we check

On September 26, 2026 we tested the home page, the product pages, the product list, the cart, the Notes, the About, Contact and Accessibility pages, the policies, search and the page-not-found page. We ran the axe-core 4.10.2 automated checks for WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at Levels A and AA, in both the light and the dark appearance, and fixed what they found; the pages tested now report no failures. We also went through the home page and a product page with a keyboard alone: each control can be reached, shows where the focus is, and works, including choosing a size, adding to the cart, and folding and unfolding the blocks on the home page. Movement on the home page stops when your device is set to reduce motion.

We test again when we change the store.

Where we fall short

Automated checks do not catch every barrier, and we have not yet tested with every screen reader. The checkout, and the payment windows inside it, are run by Shopify and its payment partners, and we do not control their code.

Telling us about a barrier

If something here is hard or impossible for you to use, write to legal@hexmonde.com and describe what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and what you were using. We reply as soon as we can. If a barrier stops you from ordering, tell us what you want and we will help you complete the order another way.

Telling us first gives us the chance to fix the barrier quickly. It does not limit any right you have under law.
